By accessing or using unboundedtechnologies.com (the site) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to public visitors of the site, not to clients under a signed engagement: client work is governed by the documents listed in the next section.

This is the marketing site of Unbounded Technologies Inc. It exists to describe the firm, present selected work, and let prospective clients open a conversation through the inquiry form on /contact.

Nothing on this site constitutes a service contract or a binding offer of services. Engagements are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and a per-project Statement of Work signed by both parties. Until those documents are signed, no engagement exists.

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the site outside of normal browser use; submit the inquiry form using automated tools or false identities; attempt to bypass the Turnstile bot-verification check; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without prior written permission; impersonate Unbounded Technologies Inc. or any of its clients; reproduce site content or client logos in a way that suggests endorsement we have not granted.

The site, its layout, copy, code, and original visual elements are the property of Unbounded Technologies Inc. or are used under license. Client names, logos, and case studies appear with the relevant party's permission or in a context that we believe constitutes fair use as professional reference. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reuse our materials beyond ordinary browsing and quotation.

The site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Unbounded Technologies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars or the amount paid by you to access the site (which, for a public marketing site, is zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto.

We may update these terms as the site or our practices evolve. The current version is identified by the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
